The TurboX™ CM2290 Development Kit is designed based on the pin2pin compatible SOMs: C2290/CM2290. This is the next generation entry-tier IoT platform based on the Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ processor. CM2290 is with LTE modem while C2290 is Wi-Fi based SOM. CM2290/C2290 can support the development of smart POS, video doorbell, security panel, household cleaning robotics, dash cameras, handheld PAD, etc. It can support both Android and Linux OS. Its rich hardware interfaces and software SDK can help customers validate the function and build the prototype quickly.
CM2290 Development Kit Main Components
- Main IO board: functioning together with various SOMs, the board supports multiple interfaces to connect LCD panels, camera modules, SD cards, SIM cards, and USB devices, as well as on-board UART debug port, buttons, LED, etc.
- Interposer board: functioning together with CM2290/C2290 SOM, the board can support multiple RF antenna ports.
- Sensor board: the board features audio interface, A+G sensor, M sensor, barometer sensor, ALS+PRO sensor, NFC (Near Field Communication) sensor. Many other interfaces are reserved for future versions.
