Powerful cooling system - Innovative Passive cooling technology
A large thermal conductive silicone at the bottom case transfers the heat from Pi 5 PCB to the large aluminium bottom case, 3 thermal conductive silicones transfer the heat from CPU, PMU and Wireless module.
Excellent cooling performance can reduce the temperature of the CPU, PMU and wireless module up to 15C.
Industrial Degree Process
Precise CNC cut process creates sharp appearance and good looking oxidised surface finish. All interfaces and buttons are accessible, and the fins provide a big surface for heat dissipation.
